If your store link stops working, it likely means your subscription has expired. Catlog sends a reminder before expiry, but if it isn’t renewed within 7 days, your link gets deactivated.
To reactivate it:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: Go to Store settings
Step 3: Click Manage subscription
Step 4: Select Change plan and resubscribe
Once you’ve resubscribed, your store link will be reactivated and ready to use again on all your social media platforms.
