If your store link stops working, it likely means your subscription has expired. Catlog sends a reminder before expiry, but if it isn’t renewed within 7 days, your link gets deactivated.
To reactivate it:
Step 1: Open the app.
Step 2: Tap Reactivate Account.
Step 3: Follow the prompts to renew your subscription.
Once you’ve resubscribed, your store link will be reactivated and ready to use again on all your social media platforms.
