Does Catlog collect fees when I get paid?

Catlog charges a small fee per transaction, which depends on your subscription plan and the currency you're collecting payments in.

Here’s how the fees are structured:

🇳🇬 If you're collecting in Naira (NGN):

  • Free Plan: 1.2% fee, capped at ₦700

  • Basic Plan: 1% fee, capped at ₦500

  • Business+ / Kitchen Plan: 0.8% fee, capped at ₦300

🇬🇭 If you're collecting in Ghana Cedis (GHS):

  • Free Plan: 1.2% fee, capped at GHS 7

  • Basic Plan: 1% fee, capped at GHS 5

  • Business+ / Kitchen Plan: 0.8% fee, capped at GHS 3

🇿🇦 If you're collecting in Rand (ZAR):

  • Free Plan: 1.2% fee, capped at R7

  • Basic Plan: 1% fee, capped at R5

  • Business+ / Kitchen Plan: 0.8% fee, capped at R3

🇰🇪 If you're collecting in Kenyan Shillings (KES):

  • Free Plan: 1.2% fee, capped at KSh 70

  • Basic Plan: 1% fee, capped at KSh 50

  • Business+ / Kitchen Plan: 0.8% fee, capped at KSh 30

🌍 For USD, GBP, or CAD:

  • All plans follow the same cap:

    • Free Plan: 1.2% fee, capped at 50

    • Basic Plan: 1% fee, capped at 50

    • Business+ / Kitchen Plan: 0.8% fee, capped at 50
      (Applies in respective currency: $USD, £GBP, or $CAD)

Note: The cap is the maximum fee you'll ever be charged per transaction—no matter the order size.
