How to update the status of an Order

You can update the status of an order from pending to processing, fulfilled, or canceled.

To do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Go to the side navigation and click Orders

Step 3: Scroll down, and you will see the 4 tabs listed as pending, processing, fulfilled, and canceled

Step 4: Switch between the tabs to find the order you want to update

Step 5: Click the box to mark the order as pending, processing, fulfilled, or canceled

Step 6: Confirm your update and Update status.
