To manage your orders:
Step 1 Log in to your store
Step 2 Open the side navigation and click on Orders
When you click on orders, you're taken to a page where you see the insights of your store.
You get to see ππΌ
The Total Order your store has made.
The Total Volume earned from the orders made.
The number of Customers that have placed orders.
The orders you have completed and marked Fulfilled.
You also see a chart showing the orders you have received and what period you got the orders. You can also choose the duration you want to check by clicking This year.
You can select what period of the year you want to see on the chart.
When you get an order, you can update the status of every order you get and your customers also get notified when you update their orders. You can mark orders as Pending, Processing, Fulfilled, or Canceled.
Step 3: Scroll down to Orders under the chart and click on pending when you get an order
When you mark the order confirmed, you get a pop-up message asking if you'd like to update the order to processing. Your customer will be notified via email when you update their order.
You can repeat the same step for processing as well; When you click on processing, you get the pop-up message asking you if you want to mark it as fulfilled and the order gets updated if you click on Update status.
You can also click on an order to get complete information about the order and the customer.
You can also edit a Customer's information when you click on View profile
When you mark an order as fulfilled, it reflects on your store's insight.
You can also cancel an order on your store if you want to avoid processing the order.
To cancel an order:
Cancelling an order is done by clicking on the Three-dot icon under the product.
You can click on Cancelled to see the order you cancelled.
