Recording orders on Catlog is super easy. It is a paid feature, so you have to upgrade your store subscription to record an order.
To record an order:
Step 1
Log in to your dashboard then click on Orders
Step 2
Scroll down then click on Actions
Step 3
From the dropdown, select Record Order
Step 4
Add the order information
Choose the currency you want to record your order in (if you have more than one currency in your store)
Select the item(s) you want then click on Save
Step 5
Add the customer information by selecting an already existing customer or creating new customer information then click on Save. To see how to create a new customer, click here.

Add the delivery information then click on Save
Step 7
Add Extra information
Like where the order came from eg. WhatsApp, Snapchat, or your physical store.
Or any discounts and extra fees then save
Your order will be recorded automatically.
You can view the order, copy the order link, and generate an invoice from the order.
