When an order is made on your Catlog store, an invoice with all the order details like amount, delivery details, and information of your customer, is created automatically.
After they pay for their order and you confirm it, you can now send them receipts acknowledging their payment.
To generate receipts
Step 1
Log in to your account
Step 2
Go to the side navigation and click on Payments
Step 3
Scroll down to All invoices.
Step 4
Click on the order you want to generate a receipt for.
Step 5
Click on Manage Invoice.
Step 6
To get the receipt of the order, you have to mark the order as paid.
Step 7
A message pops up asking you to confirm if you want to mark the order as paid.
If you confirm that you want to mark the invoice as paid, the status of the invoice is automatically changed from pending to paid.
Step 8
To generate the receipt, click on Invoice Receipt
You can either download the receipt and send it to your customers or share the receipt directly with them.
