Adding a return and refund policy to your store allows your customers to shop confidently, knowing that the terms of return and refund are clearly outlined.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add a return and refund policy to your store:

Step 1

Login to your dashboard

Step 2

Go to the side navigation and click on Store Settings

Step 3

Click on Manage Details under Store Information

Step 4

Slide right to Extra Info then input necessary information like timeline, duration, and your return and refund policy

Step 5

After inputting your business' return and refund policy and size chart, click Update Store Details to save updates.

The return and refund policy will look just like the screenshot below on your store

If you add a size chart, it’ll appear on your store, just like this :
