Product Videos improve the experience your customers get when buying from you because they’re able to realistically see what your product/packaging looks like, you’re able to demonstrate how a product works, or even share the behind-the-scenes process of making that product.
To add a product video, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: Go to the side navigation and click Product
Step 3: Click the Actions dropdown button, and Click + Add Products
Step 4: You can manually upload a video or Import directly from your Instagram page, Click on Add Manually, and Select from Device.
Step 5: Click Proceed to add details, and then click + Add Video to upload the video.
Step 6: Add your Product name, Price, Product description, and select a product category.
Step 7: Click Upload Product and you’re done!
