When customers open your storefront, they can browse your products, add items to their cart, and proceed to checkout.
Customers can complete their orders in one of two ways:
Pay directly on your store: Customers complete checkout and pay online through your storefront.
Send the order to you on WhatsApp or Instagram: Customers send their order directly to your WhatsApp to complete the purchase with you.
Once an order is placed, the order and all the details provided by the customer are saved in the Orders tab on your Catlog dashboard. You can view the products ordered, customer information, delivery details, payment information, and other relevant order details from your dashboard.
To start receiving orders, simply share your Catlog store link with your customers. They can visit your storefront, browse your products, and complete their order directly from your store.
