How does Delivery work on Catlog?

Catlog lets you set up the delivery options you offer to customers and manage delivery as part of the checkout process.

You can create different delivery options based on how you deliver your products. For example:

When creating a delivery option, you can specify the delivery locations and choose the pricing mode for each option.

You can also set up your pickup settings if you accept collections from your customers.

You can turn on Automated Shipping to have access to our delivery partners and their live delivery rates. Your customers can then see the available delivery options and rates when they check out.

Once a customer has added their products to their cart, proceeded to checkout, and chooses delivery as a way to receive their order; they enter their delivery details, and the delivery options available for their location, along with the applicable prices will be shown.

They can select their preferred option and proceed with payment.

If you use Pay Delivery Later, customers can complete their checkout without paying the delivery fee upfront. This is useful when you are unsure of the exact delivery cost to the location. You can then contact the customer after their order is placed to arrange delivery.

Once the order is placed, you'll receive it in your Orders section, where you can view the order details and manage the delivery. This way, you can choose the delivery setup that works best for your business.
