When customers open your storefront, they can browse your products, add items to their cart, and proceed to checkout.
Customers can complete their orders in one of two ways:
Pay directly on your store: Customers complete checkout and pay online through your storefront.
Send the order to you on WhatsApp or Instagram: Customers send their order directly to your WhatsApp to complete the purchase with you.
Whichever option your customer chooses, all orders and details come directly to the Orders tab on your account where you can view, manage, and track your orders

To start receiving orders, simply share your store link with your customers. They can browse your products, add items to their cart, enter their delivery information, and complete their order directly on your store or send the order to you on WhatsApp or Instagram, depending on the options you've enabled.
